Paneer and Egg Fried Rice 
An Indo Chinese cuisineis to an Indian what an ice cream or a chocolate is to a kid. ... Or something close. We love this beautiful fusion that may not have much to do with typical Chinese food, but draws the inspiration from, to create this nation wide favorite.  Needless to say, (especially since I already spoke in length about it here), my world was almost shattered when I tasted the typical Chinese food here for the first time. Of course, with years and mind better equipped, I have come to love the authentic (vegetarian) Chinese cuisine a lot more, enough for it to become a common affair in our home


Ingredient Name Quantity Unit

Green Chillies 2-3 Numbers

Soya Sauce 2 Tablespoons

Chilly Sauce 1 Teaspoons

Paneer-150grams

Egg-3

Ginger Garlic chopped 1 Tablespoons

Onion(Sliced) 1 Big

Mix 1 Cup

Vegetable(Capsicum,Cabbage,Carrot,Peas,Beans)

Basmati Rice 2 Cup

Oil 2 Tablespoons

Pepper Powder 1/2 Teaspoons

Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons

1) Wash rice keep soaked for 15mins & cook. Keep aside

2) Shred paneer and keep it aside and make scrambled egg and keep that too aside.

3) In a Nonstick pan heat oil, add cumin seeds let that splutter. Add veggies and

 4) Add soya sauce, chillie sauce and salt. Mix well so that veggies get the taste of

the sauce. Add the scrambled egg. Let it fry for 1 min and turn off of the heat.

 5) Add the above mixture to the rice and mix well. Adjust salt if required. Serve it

hot with Tomato ketchup! It will be simply delicious and yummy!
