Dimer kosha or Dry Egg Curry
Dimer kosha or Dry Egg Curry is a simple and easy to prepare recipe. I am very much fond of egg and this is one of  my favorite preparation with egg. We try to make different dishes to impress our family,my favorite is this.This is recipe I have used very less ingredients.
Preparation Time: 15min
Cooking Time: 15min  
Serves: 2   
 Shelf life:1day
Serving Suggestion:This goes well with roti or any rice .

 

Ingredients

  1. Egg - 3
  2. Onion - 2 ,big, chopped finely
  3. Curry leaves - 5nos
  4. Red chilli - 1 ,split
  5. Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  6. Garlic & Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  8. Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Turmeric Powder - 2 pinch .
  10. Salt as needed
  11. Oil - 1 tbsp

Method



  1. Boil the eggs , peel the shell and cut into2 halves.
  2. Heat oil in a pan , add the fennel seeds when it splutters add the onion saute it for 5min.
  3. Add the red chilli and curry leaves.
  4. Now add the ginger & garlic paste and saute it for 1 min.
  5. Add all the powder and salt give it a stir that it mixes well .
  6. Add 1 tsp of water.
  7. Now add the eggs and coat with the masala.
  8. Close and cook the yolk side till it forms golden .
  9. Serve hot with roti or any rice.
