Method:
- Boil water in a pan, add the soya chunks into it and allow to cook with a closed lid for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the chunks from water, squeeze the water and set the chunks aside.
- In a bowl, add red chilly powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, salt and mix them together to make a paste.
- Add the soya chunks to the paste and mix well so that the paste is well coated on the soya.
- Allow to marinate for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan, and add the soya chunks and stir fry them in a slow flame until the soya chunks are crisp and golden brown.
