Ingredients
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
5 sprigs rosemary
5 garlic cloves, minced
10-12 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Oil for deep fry
Directions
Combine the
balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, rosemary sprigs, and
garlic in a bowl and pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Add the
drumsticks to the bag and seal, removing as much air as possible. Turn
to coat drumsticks and place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2
hours.
Deep fry in oil till chicken turns golden brown. Place the
chicken on a serving platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
