Strawberry Smoothie |
This makes that sweet smell of spring available to me any time of the year. While they’re not quite the same as eating a fresh one, if you freeze them right, they’re great for pies, smoothies and on ice cream.
Ingredients
- 25gms frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup yogurt (or silken tofu)
- 1/2 cup milk (or soy milk)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender. Unless you have a very high-powered blender it will struggle with whole frozen strawberries.
- Blend until smooth.
